In a senior management role in a major North American city, we established a new division and guided the development of a comprehensive suite of administrative, financial, and technical improvements in the way the city, allied agencies, and third parties jointly planned and delivered a multi-billion-dollar capital program. We fostered an unprecedented degree of inter-agency and inter-disciplinary collaboration involving more than 100 planning, engineering, construction, and financial management personnel, and which guided the work of several hundred professional and technical staff.
